1. Introduction
T.K Apps ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the iOS app "GameDeck" (ゲームデッキ, the "App") handles your information.
2. Information the App Stores
The App stores the following information that you enter or choose:

3. Where Your Data Is Stored
Your shelf, play log, and photos are stored on your device. The App does not send your play log or photos to any server of ours, and no account is required.
To show the Home Screen widget, the titles and box art of games you're playing and summary counts are saved to a shared area on the same device (App Group).
If you use your device's backup, sharing, or export features, you are responsible for how the data is handled at its destination.
4. Game Data Services
To search for games and obtain game information and box art, the App uses the services below. When you search, your search terms (title or barcode) and the selected platform are sent to the service. Images are cached on your device for display.
- Japan: Rakuten Books Total Search API and Rakuten Books Game Search API, provided by Rakuten Group, Inc.
- International: RAWG Video Games Database API, provided by RAWG (rawg.io)
Which service is used depends on your device's region or the App's "Game Data" setting.
5. External Links and Affiliate Programs
Store links in the App (Amazon, Rakuten Books) may include affiliate links. "Search the Web" opens a Google search, and "View on RAWG" opens RAWG's website. Information on those sites is handled according to their own policies.
T.K Apps is a participant in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn fees by linking to Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases. We also participate in Rakuten Affiliate. Purchases made through these links do not cost you anything extra.
6. Camera and Photos
The App may ask for camera access to scan the barcode on game boxes. The camera feed is used only for scanning and is neither saved nor sent.
The App may also ask for camera or photo library access so you can add box photos or import text into notes. Text recognition runs on your device (Live Text), and images are never sent elsewhere. Photos you add are stored only on your device.
7. Advertising and Tracking
The App may show ads to users on the free plan, served by Google AdMob. Ad providers may collect device information, the advertising identifier, and usage information to show ads, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance.
On iOS, the App asks for permission through App Tracking Transparency (ATT). All features remain available if you decline.
8. Purchases
The App may offer a paid plan (Premium) that removes ads and enables CSV export. In-app purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. We never receive or store your payment information.
9. Sharing with Third Parties
We do not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law, as needed to protect users or prevent fraud, or as described for the services in this policy.
10. Deleting Your Data
You can delete games, play logs, photos, notes, tags, series, and search history within the App. Uninstalling the App deletes its data from your device according to iOS behavior.
Backup and CSV files you exported are yours to manage and delete.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
