1. Introduction
Please read these Terms of Use (the "Terms") before using the iOS app "GameDeck" (ゲームデッキ, the "App") provided by T.K Apps ("we"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
2. Purpose of the App
The App lets you add games you own or want to a personal shelf and record and organize their status, play time, ratings, notes, tags, and more.
The App does not sell games. Game information comes from external services, and we do not guarantee its accuracy. The App is not affiliated with Nintendo, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Microsoft, or any other game publisher or platform holder.
3. Your Responsibility
You use the App at your own responsibility, including entering, managing, and sharing play logs, notes, photos, tags, and exported data.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Violate laws or public order and morals
- Infringe the rights, privacy, portrait rights, or copyrights of others
- Interfere with the App or the external services it uses (for example, automated bulk searches)
- Analyze, modify, or reverse engineer the App
- Do anything else we reasonably consider inappropriate
5. Data and Backups
Your shelf and play log are stored on your device and may be lost due to device failure or loss, deleting the App, or OS issues.
Use the Backup or CSV export features as needed and keep your data safe at your own responsibility.
6. Game Data and External Services
Game information and box art come from external services such as the Rakuten Books API (Japan) and RAWG (International). Search or images may become unavailable due to changes, outages, or usage limits of those services.
Game titles, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Store links in the App may include affiliate links. Purchases and transactions on linked sites are between you and those services under their own terms.
7. Photos
You must have the necessary rights or permission for any photo you add as box art. Adding or sharing photos that infringe others' rights is prohibited. Photos are stored only on your device.
8. In-App Purchases
The App may offer a paid plan (Premium) that removes ads and enables CSV export.
- Purchases are made through the App Store (Apple).
- You can view and cancel subscriptions in your App Store settings.
- Free trials, prices, and renewal terms follow what the App Store shows. Payment begins automatically when a free trial ends, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- For refunds, please contact Apple Support.
- We may change or discontinue Premium benefits.
9. Advertising
The App may show ads to users on the free plan. Ads are hidden while Premium is active.
10. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may change, add, or remove features, or suspend or end the App, without prior notice.
11. Disclaimer
Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for data loss, device problems, or damages to you or third parties arising from use of the App.
We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the game information, prices, release dates, or content you record in the App.

13. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms as needed. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The courts of Japan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms. The Japanese version of these Terms prevails in case of any discrepancy.
